Unread post Hi from Holland
hello guys! since i am new, i will introduce me here.

i am Maurits, and since a few years the owner of a hw35 that belonged to my neighbor (he found it in his garage and gave it to me) and another hw35 that i found on the attic of my granddad. well, its still his, but im the only one using it and the one responsible for making it properly function again. i also got another gun from the same neighbor: a Diana model 35 (but i guess that isn't really relevant judging from the name of the forum.)

my other granddad (so not the one who gave me the hw35) is a sharpshooter in the Netherlands. he once improved a national record (in light caliber pistol) and almost went to the olympics but then the 1972 massacre happened. his name is Nico Schoonderwaldt, and he learned me to appreciate the shooting sport.

well thats kinda it, at least what is relevant for this forum.

thanks for reading, and have a nice day!

Hi Maurits .... welcome to the WOC!

Your Grandad sounds like a very talented shooter. It's a pity that he never made it to the Olympics, but at least he can pass on some of his knowledge to you. ;)
