Unread post old and new ?
hi a few questions please ?
I serviced my early mk 1 .22 a few years ago and last few days ive serviced my 177 q/f its about 18 months old and noticed a difference with the brass valve if my memory is correct.
old 22 only had an oring on the brass valve where it meets the bottom of the block ?
the newer 177 has a oring inside the block sitting on the face and the brass valve nips on to it, theres no oring on the bottom of the brass valve.
is this a hw update ? l didn't have a new block oring so as it looked good I re-used it, I also fitted an oring to the brass valve bottom as it didn't have one. rebuilt and tested not noticed anything different power wise, consistency or shot count up to yet ?

1. does anyone reading know the size of the oring that sits inside the bottom of the block face ?
2. the q/f oring having done a bit of a search on here ive only come up with a couple of conflicting oring sizes ?
3. ive seen a mod on the tube , where they do-away with the hw factory q/f set-up, and replace it with an countersunk allen screw and oring.
thoughts / finding on this modification and if possible screw size and oring size, PLEASE.

Weihrauch are always making changes to the HW100. Some are very subtle others are more noticeable. One of the last r visions that I know of what the valve stem which they changed. Not aware of other changes other than a released information on a change to the sportster stock being ambidextrous, but as with some Weihrauch stock releases it will take an age to be seen on rifles in the shops.
Can't help with oring sizes if they have changed them as my rifle is 4 years old. You can with care measure the thickness and inner diameter.

Digger.

Old Oring size 7mm x 1.5mm
New 14mm x 1.5mm
The Quickfill Oring size that sits on the main valve where you screw the Air Cylinder on is 2.57mm x 1.78

Never heard of the other stuff you mention regarding a countersunk screw Mod on a Weihrauch

Unless you are confused and talking about the mod done on the A&M aftermarket Cylinder by XTX Air
