It would appear my cylinder has a leak. Please could anyone suggest how I need to go about repairing it.

I bought the rifle new (FSB .177) approximately five years ago and it hasn't missed a beat until now so would really appreciate some help in getting it sorted.

Thanks.

Can anyone confirm the correct seal size? I have located some 30x2.5mm which should fit ..?

I think 30 x 2.5 will be too big. Are you sure it is that o-ring leaking and not the one on the fill port's inlet valve?

Ah, not sure how to get into the fill port's inlet valve. I thought this one was the only one at the gauge end ...

I now know the o ring is a BS023. Is there a diagram of the workings of the cylinder so I can find out where the other one is located?

I have now managed to take out the filler valve. Please could someone tell me the what number the little oring is? All the lists I have seen seem to omit the air cylinder oring spec.

Thanks.

The small oring size is 3.15x1.8 at the time I had a 2.77x2.78 and that was about a year ago and still working fine.
Are you sure it is the cylinder leaking. They usually last longer then that. If the cylinder is losing air off the gun then I guess it is.

The oring that goes around the brass ring in the cylinder is not that big.

You measure orings on the inside. ID. Take the oring off and measure the inside and then measure the outside of the brass ring and see how you go. Was the cylinder leaking when off the gun?
